We promise to replace your XÈVEUX item if it tarnishes, fades, or accidentally breaks. Just email us a photo of the item along with your order number to info@xeveux.com. No need to explain, we'll process a replacement or store credit for you.
Please note, our Lifetime Guarantee applies only to jewelry and not watches. Additionally, we can't replace items lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by someone else. Our fair use policy ensures fairness for all customers.
